Holding 2 Bricks each the whole time!Station 1 – Merkins/Squats, Bear Crawl/Rifle CarryStation 2 – Calf Raises/Shoulder Shrugs, Run with BricksStation 3 – Flying Squirrels/SSHs, Lunge Walk/Mario JumpsStation 4 – Heavy Big Boys/Dead Bugs, Run with BricksStation 5 – Tricep Extensions/Mini Dips, Plank Indian RunStation 6 – Thrusters, Run with Bricks15 Reps per Exercise, Ran through twice!Finished with x12 Heels to Heaven

Reminder to all that We Can Do Hard Things! I’ve set a goal for myself to lead more here at F3 and hopefully in other areas of my life as well which is a hard thing for me but if we can get up early and do Hard workouts in the cold, then we can do other hard things in our life too!
