Workout:

Started by running the snake which is running the lines of the football field from the goal line to the 50 (about 550 yards per round). Every time you progressed to a yard marker, you’d do an exercise. 2 reps at the 10, 4 reps at the 20, 6 reps at the 30, 8 reps at the 40 and 10 reps at the 50. Completed 3 rounds. In round one exercises were merkins / flutter kicks. Round 2 was squats and flutter kicks. Round 3 was squats and heels to heaven.

After rounds 1 and 2, we completed Jack Webb’s. The first time we went 1 – 7 and the second time we did 8 – 10. Finished with a 60 second plank o rama for good measure.

Reminder that being busy can be an acronym for Buried Under Satan’s Yoke when we’re too busy to spend time with God, go to church, etc.
