Workout:

Part one
Partnered up for a mile on the track
First partner began jogging
Other partner did 1 burpee, 2 merkins, 3 squats, then sprinted to catch the other partner
Alternated around the track for a mile

Part two
Partners completed 100 merkins, 100 squats, and 50 burpees
One partner did the exercise while the other rested. Groups could choose to split this any way they wanted (ex. 10,10,10, etc)

Went around the circle and each pax chose an exercise for the group to do

My thought today came from a podcast I was listening to (link below). Damon west was telling this story on the “Front row seat podcast”.  Damon was in jail and getting ready to go to prison for a long time and a wise man dropped some wisdom on him.
There are three things you can do when dropped into boiling water.
You can be a carrot- go in hard and come out soft.
You can be and egg- go in soft and come out hard , or
You can be the coffee bean- go in and change the environment around you completely for the betterMy challenge to you is to be the coffee bean in life
