Warm-up:

Warmed up with statics and some dynamics. We did some plank jacks and mountain climbers in cadence to get the blood pumping

Workout:

20.25.3 x20 reps leg exercises – 3x 25 reps exercises each – Run the yardage of the exercise count after each set.

Here’s to following the planned course with flexibility and positivity, in order to be able to handle life’s curve balls. I’m grateful for my younger brother, @Snugglebug. I’m amazed at how crappy his 2025 began, considering he broke both his ankles, and spent the majority of the year in some version of a boot or cast. Even though he had some rough hands dealt to him, he still came out on top. He approached his days trying to make the best of it, despite the hurdles. Talking with him recently, he’s got good things going for him, and his 2026 is looking up! Let’s all practice approaching things with that awesome positive attitude toward whatever life throws our way. Happy New Year, brothers. Heading back to Cincinnati for some holiday shifts, see you in 2026 sometime soon!
