15 calf raises with KB on steps and 15 swings/ x3
Head to the field for:
-10 around the world, each direction, and 5 halos each direction/ x2
-15 yard bear crawl with kettlebell drag (left and right hands)
-seated shoulder press, 10 each side
-15 yard sideways, bear crawl (left and right)
-seated shoulder press, 10 each side
-10 sumo squat, high pull/x2
-3 Turkish get ups each side
