“Triple Nickel”: Pax went to the hill and performed 15 total reps of a movement as follows: 5 reps, run to the top of the hill, 5 reps, run down the hill, 5 reps. Movements were: Round 1 Merkins, Round 2 Dips, Round 3 Pike Merkins, Round 4 Squat, Round 5 Lunge Steps (2-count).
200m Run
Valentine’s Day Ab Prep: 20 Big Boys, 20 Side Plank Dips (each side), 20 Leg Levers, 20 LBCs.
