6-7 miles of pacer practice.  @Comeback Kid kept me alive for the 90min, good job 

COT:

Chunking hard objectives into smaller attainable goals is a great way to progress.  This can be used for an Ultra race (in my case) or anything that may seem like an unreachable goal.  Your mind will get a dopamine hit for each “win” which will boost you to your next step.
