Workout:

Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 merkins
300 squats
Run 1 mile
*We broke the pull ups, merkins, and squats into 20 rounds of 5-10-15 reps each.

COT:

We all have at least one broken or strained relationship. What would happen if you found the courage to reach out to that person and just asked how things are going, and offer an apology if appropriate? The more we avoid interaction, the easier it is to drift away. Take the first small step. Then the next. You don’t have to repair everything right away. Just start. What good things could happen if you did?
