Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, hillbillies tappy-taps, turn and bounce, slow squats, bear squats.

Workout:

23 glorious minutes of kettlebell running, alternating with an exercise of each man’s choosing.  Set to music.

6MOM:

15, 4ct pass the butter, 25 big boys, 10, 4ct scissors, 1min plank
