COT:

Training for this 100miler is taking me to my limits. When you operate at the edge of your fitness there is plenty of failures happening.  Being able to reconcile this and just keep moving forward has taught me a valuable lesson.  I only need to be the best version of MYSELF.  No one else matters, if I can do that.  Then I will succeed.
