Warm-up:

  • Shoulders/Triceps
  • Windmill
  • Back
  • Legs

Workout:

PAX line up on the goal line, went to the 10 yard line to perform 10 reps of exercise 1, then to the 20 for 20 reps of exercise 2, then the 30 for 30 reps of exercise 3.  Rotated the 3 exercises per round, doing each at the 10, 20 and 30 yard lines.
Round 1:

  • OH Press, Squats, LBC’s

Round 2:

  • Curls, SSH’s, Big Boys

Round 3:

  • Dips, Calf Raises, Flutter Kicks

Round 4:

  • Merkins, Bonnie Blairs, Crunchy Frogs

6MOM:

LBC’s – each PAX counted out 12 reps for 60 reps total

COT:

I was extremely thankful to have our Thanksgiving dinner together as a family.  Two months ago, I did not believe that would ever happen again.  As I sat there with my wife and three daughters, I was truly blessed and thankful that we were all together.  Many answered prayers
