PAX began at the South end of the stadium and traveled around via a “light” mosey, stopping to do different exercises along the way.  Exercises completed:

  • 25 LBC’s
  • 25 Merkins
  • 25 Second  Wall Squat
  • 25 Second Balls to the Wall
  • 25 Curls…for the girls
  • 25 OH Press
