Workout:
Pax got in a circle of 3 coupons and 2 tires. Then, completed an exercise and then rotated. First set was Bench Presses (45-70 reps depending on cadence) & 30 Tire Flips. Second set was OH Presses and Planks on the tire. Third was curls (35 reps) and tire flip burpees. Mixed in some lightpost loops and finished with heels to heaven. Completed 3 rounds around the circle.
COT:
Thought of the day was just about taking it one morning at a time. For me, getting out of bed when the alarm goes off to make it to a F3 workout sets the tone for the day and the camaraderie pushes us further together than we’d ever make it alone.
