Ruck

@McCracken @Music Man @Radio battled the Canadian wildfire smoke to get in 3.33 miles.  @McCracken had emergencies to attend to, and bolted a bit early.We sometimes fall into a groove in this group, which is fantastic, as some great friendships have been built.  It’s also great, however, to get out of that groove at times, and converse with someone you don’t talk to every week.  I had the immense pleasure of walking with @Music Man this morning, and just thoroughly enjoyed our conversation.  It just speaks to the quality of man this group continues to attract.
