@Focker and @Scratch ‘n Sniff did a bonus bear crawl/burpee broad jump set after completing. @Crampon, @Blind Date, @Phyllis and @Zip Tie were working on one mid workout because the Q failed to be clear on the directions 🙂

I shared a small amount of insight about my journey to embrace and fully be myself. I shared for those interested in a similar journey of removing the masks that we likely all wear at times to check out a very influential book, “Courage to Be Disliked”. I have a printed copy of anyone is interested.

It was great to get a visit from Scratch, to work out beside new faces and to be motivated alongside awesome men.
