Believe in Him! He will reward you.This weekend started off with Focker’s 40th birthday ruck, a 26.2-mile ruck from Canal Basin Park in the Flats to Hilltop Road in Independence on the Ohio Tow Path. My goal was to start with the group (@Shugah, @Focker, @Snugglebug) in the Flats and go 10 miles. At the 10-mile mark, I was feeling good and decided to press on. I completed 15 miles!

The next day with my legs very sore, I bowled a no-tap tournament (9 pins and better on the first ball is scored as a strike). I came in first place in the tournament (300 – 278 – 298 – 266).

Even at my age with all the medical issue, God rewarded me to go beyond my normal ability.
