Round 1: PAX began at the East endzone and completed x10 reps of every exercise on the board, then ran down to the West endzone and back.Round 2: PAX completed each exercise on the board x9 and then ran to the West end 10yd line and back.Round 3: PAX completed board exercises x8 and then ran to the West 20yd line.Rounds 4-10: same deal, except one less rep and 10 less yds each time.Q called @time before going into MARY.
