Warm-up:

Neck Rolls, Joe Kelleys, Turn n Bounce,  Franken Walks, Scoop the Chickens

Workout:

PAX Moseyed to pain shed. Each PAX grabbed a coupon and then we hauled the tote of bricks and circled up
Went around the circle: Each PAX selected an exercise for the group to do AMRAP. After everyone finished the exercise, we ran with a brick to the end of the parking lot and stacked it, then the next PAX called an exercise, and we repeated for ~30 minutes
Finished with the MOTIVATOR from 10

COT:

Discussed the importance of building habits and disciplines to become impactful leaders. Our habits serve as “guard rails” to help us stay on track. F3, and the support of the PAX, has been a critical discipline in my life that has helped me stay aligned with my values. Appreciate the support this group has always provided to me personally, and I hope I can extend the same support to the PAX.
