SSH, Turn n Bounce, M Nightclubs, tappy taps, weedwhackers
Workout:
Pax mosied to shed to gather a coupon. Forming a line at the first light post, Pax performed 25 reps of an upper body exercise with coupon or dumbbells. Pax carried coupon/DBs to imaginary 2nd light post, performed 25 reps, so on and some forth until reaching 5th light post. Goal was not to set the weights down.Exercises:
- Overhead Press
- Bicep curls
- Bent over flys
- Deadlifts
- Tricep extentions
Pax repeated these exercises for the return trip. Next, Pax sprinted to halfway light post and back, furthest light post and back.Next, Pax performed a back row ladder using coupons/DBs. 20 reps at first light post, 40 reps and middle post, 60 reps at far post, then returned to middle post for 40 reps, starting post for 20 reps. Pax completed the sprint againPax then finished with a 50 count steam engine.
COT:
Reshape how we think certain thoughts and statements. I read a great book on vacation called “Think This, Not That.” Its about forming better mental habits. For example, many of us say “I need to lose weight.” Change it to “I need to honor and take care of the body God gave me.” Puts a unique perspective on things we normally complain about and makes them a more positive experience.
