Warm-up:
Stretch and one lap mosey to warm up.
Workout:
3 pax ran sideline to sideline, while the other 3 did an exercise. Switch, rinse and repeat.

- Rd 1: merkins, Bonnie Blair, Box cutters
- Rd 2: Derkins, Dips, Crab Cakes
- Rd3: Carolina Dry Docks, Monkey Humpers, Freddy Mercury
- Rd4: Diamond Merkins, Donkey Kicks, Pickle Pointers
- Rd5: Wide Arm Merkins, Squats, Plank Jacks,
- Rd6: Right and left Romanian Deadlifts, Side Straddle Hop
- Rd7: Left Right Step Ups, LBCs
- Rd8: Misney wanted Burpees, so we did burpees
