Stretch and one lap mosey to warm up.

Workout:

3 pax ran sideline to sideline, while the other 3 did an exercise. Switch, rinse and repeat.

  • Rd5: Wide Arm Merkins, Squats, Plank Jacks,
  • Rd6: Right and left Romanian Deadlifts, Side Straddle Hop
  • Rd7: Left Right Step Ups, LBCs
  • Rd8: Misney wanted Burpees, so we did burpees
