We completed the following:
3 rounds of:
– 10 sampson stretches
– 10 overhead squats
– 10 big boys
– 10 supermans
– 10 merkins
– 10 pullups
7 rounds of:
– 5 pullups
– 10 merkins
– 15 squats
6 400s with a one minute rest between each lap.
COT:
I had a conversation with a pries the other day about the various types of poison we allow ourselves to consume. Whether it be junk food, immoral content from movies or shows, degrading conversations, toxic relationships… all of these things are essentially poison to us. They distract us and pull us down, preventing us from becoming the men that God is callings us to be. Things are either of God or of the devil. We need to recognize the difference and continually orient ourselves toward God.
