Tabata style workout- 29 minutes 10 seconds
50 seconds of work, 20 seconds of Rest.
60 seconds of rest between each round.

COT:
I did not prepare anything, wanted to see what the workout produced. As we ran through out sets and reps, it dawned on me that I recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary with the group.
As we approach the holiday season, I am grateful for this group always encouraging me to make it out to get in some work. Scratch always pushing me, reminding me there is still work to be done. Squid holding me accountable at the Gym on non-F3 days.
It is easy to forget where you came from if you do not allow time to reflect. In short- make time to reflect on your growth, it makes the hard days, easier!
