10 rounds increases by one set up to 10 Jumping Lunges and 40 Squats
Between each round run to other side of tennis courts
Iron Ab Hulk
Set of 1 Jackknife Crunch + 4 Butterfly Crunches
10 rounds increases by one set up to 10 Jackknife Crunches Lunges and 40 Butterfly Crunches
Between each round run various counts of Burpees for a total of 31
