Warm-up:

Seal and Overhead Claps, M Phelps, Shoulder Circles, Turn and Bounce, Abe Vigodas, Imperial Walker, Bear Squat, Mountain Climber

Workout:

4 Corner Set Up, each corner to perform 10 reps of the following exercises:
1 Monkey Humper 4 count
2 Spider/Parker Peter (Elbow to opposite knee in Plank followed by merkin)
3 Gorilla Squat 4 count
4 Butterfly Crunch 4 count
Move from corner to corner in following motion
1 Bear Crawl
2 Crab Walk
3 Crawl Bear
4 Bunny Jumps

Rinse and repeat for 24min to German Punkrock from the 90’s.
Stop for 3 Burpees after each song.
