Workout:

100s! 1 pax chipped away at the 100 count coupon exercise while the other did 25 reps of the other exercise and then switched places.  The Exercises included:

100 OH Presses  –  25 LBCs
100 Squats  –  25 Merkins
100 Curls  –  25 Flutter Kicks (2 Count)
100 Dead Lifts –  25 Pass the Butter (2 Count)Rinse and Repeat until time called.

This workout was a modified version of a @Scratch ‘n Sniff Brunswick Backblast from a month or so ago (good one)

I saw this quote from Kobe Bryant and it made me think about a conversation I had with @flyguy last week about how I’ve done a pretty good job of showing up for Beatdowns, but lately feel I’m just going through the motions.  Kobe said ” it’s not the number of hours you practice, it’s about the number of hours your mind is present during the practice.”

My challenge to myself and the PAX is to not just show up and go through the motions, but show up and get the most out of it that you can…(but if you haven’t been coming at all, please at least show up)
