“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for YOU are with me; Your rod and Your staff, the comfort me.” As I was reading a devotional about this verse, the author had an interesting thought: Just as gravity is necessary to experience life, so change and challenge are necessary for God’s Man to soar spiritually and experience growth through the Holy Spirit. Although I tend to get discouraged during times of challenge and discomfort, this idea helps to look at these situations in a more positive light.
