Workout:

Strength: 10’s with Pullups and Merkins

Cardio: The KB Mile – initiated a couple new guys .  Spoke of the legend @Comeback Kid who did it with a 55 lb in 10min!

COT:

With @SloMo on this run streak.  It made me think of anything else in our daily lives that is beneficial that we do consistently.  I could not think of anything that I do everyday without fail to become better.  What can you add consistently to your daily lives?  Not just for a week or a month, but permanently.  Props to @flyguy who has used an App daily for over a year to learn Spanish.
