after a workout-long discussion about setting the tone for a positive environment/attitude at work and around others, I shared an idea from a book I read about the difference between fault and responsibility. Essentially, there are many things in life that may not be our fault, but it does not absolve us of the responsibility for solving the problem or being a part of a solution.
