The Thang: Friday the 13th
Perform 12 Burpees and 1 Mountain Climber (4 count), Run 50 yards, jog back 50 yards.
Perform 11 Burpees and 2 Mountain Climbers, Run 50 yards, jog back 50 yards.
Repeat until 1 Burpee and 12 Mountain Climbers.
