Start at goal line, run to 30 yd line. Do 12 reps of exercise 1. Run back to goal line and do 12 reps of exercise 2 plus 12 reps of exercise 1. Repeat through all 12 grades
1st grade – LBC
2nd grade – SSH
3rd grade- American Hammers
4th grade- Merkins
5th grade- Heels to Heaven
6th grade- Alternating side squats (1is1)
7th grade- Gas pumpers
8th grade- Mountain climbers
9th grade- Flutter kicks 4ct= 1
10th grade- Wide Merkins
11th grade- Wipers (L/R=1)
12th grade- Burpees
