2 fine men braved the 50lbs wooden landmine! @Squid and @Scratch ‘n Sniff (Q)

Took turns choosing and performing exercises to be performed while the other walked a 40yd loop. Heart rates were kept at or below 100 to keep an anaerobic burn going.

If you can imagine an exercise you could be performed with this wood and steel apparatus, just know that we likely did too and did so this morning. It will definitely be making a return to a future Q.

We ended with some Navy Seal log PT 6MOM.
