A little misty this morning, but Triple Lindy brought the heat and kept us moving.
We did a mosey around the parking lot, then split into two groups. One group did squats and Carolina dry docks, while the other group did balls to the wall. Then the groups swapped places.
We did a rack-em stack- em exercises on the corners of the field.
We finished doing some Australians, step-ups, and mountain climbers.
