Warm-up:

arm circles, arm swings, Michael Phelps, tappy taps, Abe Vigodas, flamingos, Bear squats

Workout:

Run around the football field with a kettle bell in one arm, once arm is tired switch, once both arms are tired do an exercise of your choice X5 and run a lap back to wear you left your bell and repeat.Finished as a group doing 5 reps of every exercise suggested by the pax which included merkins, squats, big boys, atomic sit-ups, kettlebell swings, squats with bell, and no surrenders.

COT:

HC and show up over the holidays, avoid breaking good habits just because you feel like it is okay to slack over the holidays.  You don’t want to be making New Year’s resolutions about getting back out in the gloom instead just keep showing up.
