Warm-up:

Mosy to grab coupons. SSH, TappyTaps, Slow Squats (with @IcyHot‘s non-parliamentary comments), downward dog.

Workout:

Predetermined reps to excercises with point breaks in between. 100 merkins & 45 bigboys were done.
Set1 – 15 reps – 2X

  • Clean and Press
  • Curls – 4 count
  • Step back lunges – 4 count.

Set2 – 15 reps – 3X

  • Alpos
  • Rows R + L
  • Tricep

Set3 – 15 – 15 – 20 reps

  • Shoulder press
  • Standing weighted side crunch L + R
