Two individual’s farmer carry two 5-gallon buckets of water and all others carry two coupons. When one individual puts down the 5-gallon buckets the group performs: 5 coupon thrusters, 10 coupon deadlifts, 15 Coupon Swings, 20 bucket dropper’s choice of ab exercise. Group completed 6 rounds of exercise and 1 mile of farmer carries.
