Halloween Edition

Bubba led us in a series of stretches

• Pumpkin bowling w/ burpee penalties
• Bats! (Kids do SSH while adults do mountain climbers for 25 count)
• Pumpkin roll-lay race (kids run the pumpkin up a slight incline and back, adults do the same except via bear crawl)
• Frogs! (Deep squat followed by a jump w/ a loud ribbet! ~25 or so)
• Mummy race (kids were wrapped in cray paper and had to hop to the finish line without breaking the paper… way to go Lucy for winning!!!)
• Bonus pumpkin bowling! Beau (Brickyard) may have a calling… pumpkin bowling hall of famer won both events!

• Trick or treat (duck duck goose, Halloween style… with participants holding plank)

We celebrated afterwards with some fall treats!
