Workout:

On one end, there were two blocks (one for each PAX). On the other end, about 100 yards away, there were two coupons, one 60lb sack and one 45lb sack. It was one PAX’s job to save all the stranded items on the far end from the fire while the other PAX ran around the parking lot for help (or did farmers carries if you were a beast like @Squid).

Before the rescue, the PAX did a recovery exercise together until one yelled “go”. Then, they did 5 man makers to get ready.

This rescue consisted of:

  1. high knees ~30 yards
  2. traveling exercise #1 for ~30 yards
  3. mosey ~30 yards
  4. pick up 60lb sack + one block and bring back to start
  5. high knees ~30 yards
  6. traveling exercise #2 for ~30 yards
  7. pick up 45lb sack + one block and bring back to start

Alternate

Rounds 1, 2, 5 and 6:

  • Recovery exercise: SSH
  • Traveling exercise #1: bear crawl
  • Traveling exercise #2: crab walk

Rounds 3, 4, 7 and 8:

  • Recovery exercise: LBCs
  • Traveling exercise #1: frog jump
  • Traveling exercise #2: spider mans

6MOM:

We finished by carrying the sacks + coupons back to the storage area and did 3 sets of 21s (7 high curls, 7 low curls, 7 full curls)
