  6. Dealer choice abs

Short rest

Round 3 and 4

  1. Zercher squats (coupon, rock, bag, Betty)
  2. Banded chest flyes
  3. Burpees
  4. Shoulder press ( Banded or coupon)
  5. Tricep extensions ( Banded or coupon)
  6. Dealer choice abs

Great to have @GED back!  A short discussion was had on the book “Die With Zero” by: Bill Perkins with the over all theme to live life in the now rather then pining away for a someday.  Make investments in memories rather than money.  Great book and would highly recommend.
