Workout:

We made our way around the lake (1 mile) by traveling through a series of 11 fairly equally spaced stretches before finishing with ~1/4 mile run for the final stretch.Meanwhile each PAX took turns farmers carrying two blocks in lieu of a station where it was his turn.At the end of each stretch, we did 20 merkins.
