  • Plank pull throughs

@Focker and I had a wonderful conversation about fast food…we have similar interest in gut rot food.  With that being said you the quote of  “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Has been ringing true for me as of late.  Continue to consume and surround yourself with things that continue to move you toward your goals.
