Workout:
Picked a weight element (Coupon or Plate 25lbs, 35lbs) Rucked 2 miles with our weight. For the first mile we stopped on the quarters to complete 1 minute of Merkins and 1 minute plank.
2 mile ruck with 4 minutes of push ups and 4 minutes of Plank time.
COT:
I have been known to hold a grudge in the past and has been an opportunity for me for awhile. The reading from the daily reminder is attached. As Padre said “holding a grudge is like putting a hot bed of coals on your head and expecting the other person to get burnt”.
I have recently discovered my merkins game is not at the level I would like it at. (My core can always use some work). This was my reasoning for designing this workout. Appreciate this group let me take today’s workout!
