  • Wood choppers
  • Lateral raises
  • Triceps kick backs
  • Seated curls
  • Seated chest flys
  • Seated rows
  • Plank pull throughs

With the joining of @mr pibb to the group I am reminded of the importance of surrounding yourself with people whom are working toward better versions of themselves.  His joining brought me renewed motivation this to ensure I brought forth the best version of myself this morning.  As the saying goes it costs a candles nothing to light another.
