Workout:

The general format was one person worked out while the others counted reps. However in the later exercises it was modified to 2 individuals worked out while the other 2 rested.

– Double band rows= 70 reps
– Shoulder press =18 plus 15
– 6 inch hold= 150 reps (up by 20 reps)
– Chest press= 75 reps

With this being the last workout of the year each pax member shared why they come to F3. We had a great conversation but it is too much to write here.

Other mentions were performing a year in review with your family by creating a slideshow of your photos from the year and trying to be more engaging on slack. I mention that @Radio does a great job engaging with Medina.
