Message of the day is around thinking about our answer when someone asks us “How are you?”. It’s easy to just say “fine” and go about our day. But how do you REALLY feel? How are you doing physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally? If there are struggles, to whom do you turn for help? If you are isolated, consider reaching out to a brother. Even if everything is actually good for you right now, it may still be a good idea to build a network of “safe” men so you have a support network when you need it.
