Workout:

The workout: 30 minute EMOM with 6 rounds of 5 exercises:1. 15-20 swings2. 10-12 burpees3. Goblet squats4. Standing presses5. Alternating bent over rows.The goal was to have about a 15-20 second rest before the next exercise hence the range of reps.Finisher: two minutes of max burpees. I’m pretty sure @Bunker got to or darn close to 40.

COT:

I shared that I am grateful for the flexibility and adaptability that our bodies where designed with. I had this realization recently after a really tough/short night of sleep recently.  I was certain that I was going to be a hot mess the next day but was not.  I came to the conclusion that I/we can learn to adapt to variables in life and survive! Thanks for following me this morning .
