Warm up mosey to the field, @Flo lead the full body ROM exercises.

60 yard sprints x 10 with 30 sec breaks
Mosey to the C
KB Merkins x 25 (slow tempo)
Dips x 10 with random holds on the down
Wall sits alternating straight legs about 3 mins.

COT:

Opportunities need to be taken step by step and one at a time. Don’t get overwhelmed.
