Just getting it going and warmed up between reps on the first few rounds, had to be there to understand…

Workout:

You have 30 seconds to complete each exercise.

Round 1 : 2 reps swings, 2 reps merkins, 1 rep goblet squat, 1 rep burpee

Round 2 : 4 reps swings, 4 reps merkins, 2 rep goblet squat, 2 rep burpee

Round 3 : 6 reps swings, 6 reps merkins, 3 rep goblet squat, 3 rep burpee

and so on until final round of 20 reps swings, 20 reps merkins, 10 rep goblet squat, 10 rep burpee
