23 glorious repetitions of a combination of merkins and coupon shoulder presses. Reps always equaled 23. Started with 1 press at the top of the hill and each ran (sorry @Misny) down and did 22 merkins. Traveled back up the hill for 2 presses and back down for 21 merkins. You get the idea. Halfway through, the uphill portion had to be backwards. All set to music – a sampling of various grunge artists. A hill of a time was had by all.

Thought of today involves the Fellowship part of our group and a reminder that it’s the other men that get us up and out in the gloom on the cold, wet, salty days on that nasty east parking lot at CHS. We can workout anywhere, but we can’t get the fellowship and accountability that this group brings anywhere else.
