Workout:
After a full body warm-up we moseyed around the track 2x and then: 1. Pax partnered up2. One Pax rested while the other sprinted 100 yards down the track. 3. Sprinter walked 100 yards back 4. Switched places with resting Pax , who then repeated the sprinting, walking, etc…
