Single arm swing x 10 reps
Swing clean & press x 10 reps
Push press x 10 reps
Thruster x 10 reps
Single arm row x 10 reps
Merkins x 10 reps

Rinse and repeat on each side for 6 reps, then 2 reps and then start back from the top. We finished 2 horrendous rounds.

Message today was from a line that I heard at a college tour with my daughter at Miami University (which @IcyHot & @Stafford tell me is a very prestigious institution). They stated they want their students to not only absorb the Miami culture but also be creators of Miami culture. I thought this concept applies in so many areas of our lives such as our marriage, the workplace, F3 and our faith. God wants us to absorb His word and His love but also wants us to be creators of it. It’s no wonder @Stafford & @IcyHot are so smart!
